Severe contango in Natgas
The expected asymmetric bounce in natural gas may be further delayed as contango and backwardation continue to be some of the most overlooked concepts by many investors (and probably totally ignored on the retail/CFD side). After reviewing the severe contango on longer dated contracts, we are cautious on betting that the recent move in Natgas is the start of a new spike.
